[isabelle] Set notation "extremely ambiguous"?

I am encountering an interesting phenomena with HOL's set notation.

Apparently there is a parse conflict between the finite set notation eg

	{f x y}

and the set comprehension notation eg

	{f x y | x y. p x y}

At some point as the grammar get larger (possibly to do with the
number of infix operators),
this results in a plethora warnings: "### Currently parsed expression
could be extremely ambiguous."

Is this slowing things down significantly?

Any suggestions for fixing the syntax?

Brendan
