Description: What is the purpose of this list?

The purpose of this list is to allow suppliers, retailers and solution providers to discuss updates to the Cambridge Mobile Ready Hero Image guidelines. The list may also be used to arrange meetings, and discuss and review tools that streamline the production or evaluation of hero images.


Who can join this list?

This list is intended for suppliers, retailers and solution providers with an interest in Mobile Ready Hero Images. Subscribers to the list must first be authorised by the list administrator, who will check that they are subscribing on behalf of an organisation that fits one of these categories.


Antitrust Competition Policy

This list must not be used to discuss commercial terms, including:

  1. Agreeing to fix purchase or selling prices or other trading conditions.
  2. Agreeing to limit or control production, markets, technical development or investment.
  3. Agreeing to share markets or supply sources.
  4. Agreeing to apply different trading conditions to equivalent transactions, thereby placing some parties at a competitive disadvantage.
  5. Agreeing to make contracts subject to unrelated conditions
  6. Or any other subject which may be construed thus according to the philosophy of the Competition Act (1998).
